Tastefully furnished with native koa wood, the living area features panoramic views of mountains and ocean, a large punee or Hawaiian-style sofa-bed, TV and VCR. Within five minutes of the house are Haena Beach Park, dramatic wet and dry caves, the lush Limahuli Gardens (part of the renown National Tropical Botanical Gardens), the "end of the road", and Kee Beach where hiking trails start to secluded Hanakapiai and Kalalau Valleys along the Na Pali Coast. Hanalei Bay, a short 15 minutes away, offers the conveniences of major grocery stores and shops, banks, restaurants, churches, and a post office.
