Secluded behind a walled and gated compound on a private drive, this beautiful villa is perfect for couples traveling together or a family who needs a little more space. All of the bedrooms are set apart from the others, guaranteeing maximum privacy for everyone.

From the minute you walk through your private gated entry, you will find yourself over looking a peaceful lawn and pool area which leads right up to the main house that can be fully opened for spectacular Hawaiian outdoor living.

In the main house kitchen, no detail has been overlooked. It has both Subzero refrigerators and wine coolers, Wolf cook top with griddle and grill, double Wolf ovens, microwave, commercial ice maker, and a commercial dishwasher (complete cycle is 2 minutes start to finish/600 dishes per hour). There is a convenient gas fired BBQ just off the kitchen area.

The kitchen opens up to a formal dining area for 10 and then flows effortlessly into the great room. The entire side of the house can be opened up to the outside, screened off, or enclosed with glass doors to utilize the air conditioning.

The great room has a wonderful high ceiling with tall glass windows that are as elegant a setting as I have ever seen, lovely green local foliage fills the entire window making a very calm and peaceful setting. From each side of the living room you can access the 2 master suites via matching spiral staircases. The first master bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, mini-bar, and a large private bath with jacuzzi tub. On the opposite side of the great room, you will find a second master also with king bed, sitting area, large private bath and a small balcony for two. Downstairs there is the high end media room with its own full bath attached. Just off an outside corridor there is another bedroom with a separate entrance, king bed with a private bath and an office area.

The Guest house is set apart from the main house and includes its own full kitchen, small living area, loft with a queen bed, interior bath with sunken whirlpool tub, and just outside the Guest bath you will find a very private outdoor shower and 17’ heated whirlpool spa.

Included is a security system, a 2 car garage plus 3 additional car spots inside the secured gate and a 65K gallon solar heated salt water swimming pool. (Gas heat available during the cooler winter months at an additional charge.)

This private oasis is just 100’ walk off the beach; a perfect swimming beach for small children and for viewing our incredible Island sunsets. And a short stroll down the beach you will find The Kahala Hotel for cocktails, fine dining or spa services.

This custom designed contemporary villa was finished in 2005. The home was a 2006 Grand Award Winner in the Building Industry Association of Hawaii annual awards.
