At 1620 feet elevation, Lanai enjoys a most wonderful climate. Lana'i City sits exactly in the middle of the Island of Lanai, 15 miles from Maui. Coming to Lanai City takes one back in time, an old style plantation town, complete with streets in alphabetical and numerical order, will surely remind you of days gone by in the Islands.

This newly renovated plantation style home is extremely roomy and very comfortable with full amenities from full baths decorated with Italian marble to a well-equipped kitchen. There is a large veranda at the back of the property with mountain views and bar-b-q- area. The front veranda is also very pleasant for sunset views.

The house is heavily laden with fruits, for your enjoyment. It is surrounded by a very mature garden, landscaped with many flowering plants, avocado, mango, banana, lemon, calamansi and much papaya.
